Gentle Yoga (For Your Back) Class Description: Yoga does not have to be physically demanding to yield great benefits. This slower paced class is designed to be a safe and supportive environment adapted to the needs of seniors, those with injuries or limitations, or for stress reduction. Come and enjoy rediscovering the grace and joy that come with regaining flexibility and strength. Please check with your health care professional before registering for this class.
